• Gommet made of galvanized or stainless steel, formed into a closed loop with a pressed ferrule (mechanical splice).
• Used for lifting, lashing, or pulling heavy loads.
• Complies with European standard EN 13414-3 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
• Fitted with aluminum or copper ferrules ensuring a strong and durable swaging.
• Pressing area (splice) identified in red – must never be used as a lifting point.
• Available in standard or custom lengths depending on the application.
• Typical operating temperature range: –40 °C to +100 °C.
• Safety factor in accordance with the standard requirements (generally 5:1 for lifting).
• Identification tag or marking ring showing WLL (Working Load Limit) and serial number.
