General Terms and Conditions of Sale of products sold on deal-levage.com Last updated: 10/03/2025
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
These terms govern the sales made by the company SAS Deal, whose registered office is located at 320 Av du Col-de L'ange in Gemenos, offering lifting accessories and equipment.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding handling and shipping fees. For orders to countries other than mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of SAS Deal. They will be borne by you and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We recommend that you inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in euros. SAS Deal reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and subject to availability. Products remain the property of SAS Deal until full payment is received.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS
You can place an order:
- Specify the chosen methods, for example:

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than at the time of order validation. SAS Deal reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in case of supply issues or difficulties regarding the received order.
SAS Deal informs its customers that there is a minimum order of €20 excluding shipping fees to place an order on deal-levage.com. No order below this amount will be validated.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER CONFIRMATION

Any order confirmation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms without exception or reservation. All provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. You declare to have full knowledge of them. The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. A summary of your order information and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address provided for order confirmation.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT
By confirming your order, you agree to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through our secure payment systems. In the case of partial deliveries, only the products shipped are charged. We offer the following payment methods: Carte Bleue, Visa, and Mastercard.
Payment by bank transfer
This payment method is reserved for our professional clients. After completing the checkout process, the merchandise will be shipped once the funds are received in the bank. This may take 1 to 2 days depending on the bank. After validation by our accounting department, your order will be shipped by us.
ARTICLE 6 - WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage to the product may invalidate the right of withdrawal. Return costs are your responsibility. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, SAS Deal will refund the amounts paid within 14 days following the notification of your request, using the same payment method used for the order. Note: Once you physically take possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to you.
For professional clients:
According to Article L221-3 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients, except if all three conditions are simultaneously met:
- The contract is concluded off-premises (distance selling or solicitation)
- The subject of the order is not part of the main business activity of the company
- The company has a maximum of five employees
Outside of this very specific case, no right of withdrawal is granted to professional clients.
For individual clients:
According to Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, consumer clients have fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or incur any penalties.
This period starts from the receipt of the product by the client or a designated third party.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where execution began after the consumer’s prior express consent and explicit waiver of the right of withdrawal.
- Provision of goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the professional’s control during the withdrawal period.
- Provision of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
